Xbox Live (Wireless Router)?
I just bought an Xbox Live Wireless Router. Problem is, it won't connect to the internet. I have a Netgear router that I know it CAN work because it is Xbox Live certified and it once worked when it was attatched to a long ethernet cable. Now when I go to the wireless settings it says to put in some things. These are what are asked, the following after those is what I put as the answers.
1) Network Name:
2) Network Mode:
3) Channel :
4) Security:
1) NETGEAR
2)
3) 11
4) No security
Now a confusing thing to me is that for number 2, there is two options :
Infrastructure
and
something like AD HOC 802.11 b/g
The settings for my router says my mode is "g and b". There are other several different options i can choose like "b only", "g only", and "auto 108mps". I dont know which one to choose.
Also I dont know which ones to keep automatic and which ones I dont for those IP address, DNS, PPOE, etc things.
Help would be very appreciated.
